The 12-inch catalogue includes different indications and assemblies. Specify whether you need a vehicle signal head, an arrow signal, a pedestrian display or a separate traffic light countdown timer; these are not interchangeable order descriptions.

300mm signal heads are commonly specified where a larger visual indication is needed than a 200mm unit. Select the signal face, lens type, voltage, mounting arrangement, and controller interface from the start so the delivered unit matches the installation.

A 300mm LED traffic signal is commonly listed as a 12-inch signal. Check whether the selected item is a round vehicle signal, an arrow indication, a pedestrian display or a countdown unit. Nominal face diameter does not specify the total assembly dimensions. If replacing an existing unit, compare the housing, visor, mounting centres and electrical label. State the number of signal heads and the indication required in each head. A countdown display also needs its timing and controller interface confirmed; it should not be selected by dimensions alone.
