Mixed 200mm and 300mm Traffic Light Orders: Label Plan

14 October 2026 · GAOQIAO Traffic Technology

Mixed traffic light orders need more than a total quantity. A shipment can contain 200mm and 300mm equipment, round and arrow indications, different colours and separate electrical versions. A line-by-line label plan helps the purchasing and receiving teams keep those configurations distinct.

Assign a code to each configuration

Use the purchase-order line or another agreed identifier for every unique assembly. Repeat that identifier on the approved drawing, packing schedule and inspection record. A different colour, indication, size or electrical version should remain a distinct configuration even when the housing looks similar.

For illustration, an order could use line A for one specified 200mm round module and line B for one specified 300mm arrow head. The codes are examples, not product model names. The actual schedule must state the selected model, approved configuration and quantity for each line.

Build the packing schedule before dispatch

Schedule fieldRecord for each line
IdentifierPurchase-order line and approved drawing revision
EquipmentModule or complete head, including number of sections
DisplayNominal size, colour and round or arrow indication
VersionConfirmed model and electrical specification
AccessoriesBrackets, visors or separate fittings included
QuantityUnits per carton and total units for the line
Carton referenceCarton identifier linked to the order line

Keep spare modules separate from complete heads in both description and count. Otherwise, a shipment total can appear correct while the receiving team is missing the assemblies needed for installation.

Resolve label exceptions before shipping

Agree which label information appears on the product and which appears on the carton or packing list. Ask for a sample of the proposed identification when the project has specific traceability requirements. Make sure the model designation is consistent with the accepted documentation.

If a line changes after approval, update the drawing and schedule together. Retain the revision history and obtain the required acceptance. Reusing an earlier carton label for a changed configuration creates an avoidable receiving problem.

Use the same identifiers on arrival

At receiving, compare the carton references, physical indication, model labels and quantities with the packing schedule. Photograph discrepancies against the relevant line. Quarantine or hold items under the site's procedure until differences are resolved; do not treat a matching nominal diameter as acceptance of the whole configuration.

To discuss a mixed GAOQIAO order, send the equipment schedule, country and quantities to sky-sale@njgq.net. Include both 200mm and 300mm lines and identify any separate spare-part requirements so the scope can be reviewed clearly.
