Confirming inventory for a specific order

Treat the gallery as a dated reference

This warehouse gallery page is a reference image rather than a live stock listing. Availability should be checked for the exact product, configuration and quantity required. Similar-looking signal heads may differ in their supply, symbols, optics or mounting parts, so a product-family name alone is not sufficient for an inventory enquiry.

Send the model or product link, drawing revision if known, and the required quantity for each version. Distinguish complete heads from housings, optical modules, controllers and spare parts. State whether mixed configurations can be supplied together or must be identified as separate order lines.

Check readiness for dispatch

Ask which items are available in the agreed configuration and which require further preparation or production. Confirm any inspection, labelling, documentation or packing work needed before shipment. A statement that components are in stock should not be interpreted as confirmation that a complete customized order is ready to dispatch.

For repeat orders, provide the previous order or configuration reference. Review any proposed substitution before it is accepted. The receiving team should be able to match the supplied labels and packing list to the agreed equipment schedule.

Keep the delivery discussion precise

Provide the destination and requested schedule, then obtain the applicable availability and dispatch information in the quotation or order confirmation. Retain the final parts list for maintenance and spare-part enquiries. This avoids relying on a historical warehouse image when planning a current installation.
