Pole, arm and foundation coordination
Pole height and arm reach describe the installation geometry, but the foundation and structural design also depend on the equipment attached to them. List the signal heads, signs, luminaires and any solar components with their positions. The completed loading arrangement should be checked for the project location before fabrication is confirmed.
Compare the mounting drawing with the flange, anchor-bolt pattern and cable route at the site. Clarify whether the foundation cage, fixings and equipment brackets are included. For transport, confirm the longest section, packing method and unloading arrangements so the delivered pole can be handled without damaging its finish.
