Check the two-section replacement housing
This continuation page lists a two-section traffic light housing. A housing enquiry should identify the existing signal assembly and the components that will be reused. The number of sections describes the enclosure arrangement; it does not by itself confirm the lens diameter, mounting points or electrical equipment supplied.
Before ordering a replacement, photograph the front, rear, cable entry and mounting brackets. Record the distance between fixing points and the size of the existing optical modules. Include the condition of seals, visors and fasteners so the enquiry can distinguish a body-only requirement from a more complete replacement.
Checks for models on this page
- Vỏ đèn tín hiệu LED, 2 đơn vị đèn: request a drawing and a list of included parts, then compare them with the installed assembly before confirming quantity.
Keep the selected product links in your enquiry so the configuration is unambiguous. Send the relevant drawings and required quantity through the contact page; the final quotation should identify the exact model and included components.
A practical replacement-parts checklist
When retaining the existing optical modules, record how they locate inside the old body. Include photographs of the retaining screws, lens edge and cable entry, together with the module dimensions. Identify damaged seals or visors separately instead of assuming that replacing the enclosure also replaces every surrounding component.
Keep the existing bracket and proposed body drawings together during the review. Confirm the supplied fasteners and any adaptor requirement before ordering several units. The acceptance check should compare the delivered parts with that agreed drawing and component list. A matching two-section outline alone cannot establish that the old assembly can be transferred into the new body.
